According to the study conducted by HFS with the support of KPMG, has revealed a 58% satisfaction rating due to high expectations from RPA implementation created by RPA vendors and the media. The results are good for a relatively complex new type of solution that can take a while to get right, but it is not a magical cure for everything. And it’s not totally code-free.
